More than 7,000 Nonprofits around the world are using Salesforce.com to manage all aspects of their organization’s data. From simple contact management to sophisticated social impact monitoring and program operations, nonprofits are applying this powerful technology to some of society’s most challenging and urgent issues.

Salesforce.com offers nonprofits 10 donated licenses—and deep discounts on additional licenses. Each Salesforce.com licence regularly sells for $1,500 (US) / user - meaning this program offers your organization $15,000 of free software.

Hot Docs Nine months ago, Hot Docs chose to begin the process of managing their orginizational data in a customized Salesforce.com instance. After completing the development of a multi-year implementation roadmap, Hot Docs recently completed the first wave of its implementation.
Forrester Steve Wilkes of Forrester Research will discuss their CRM Risk Evaluation Self-Assessment criteria, which defines the critical risk domains that need to be managed carefully to ensure a successful CRM initiative.
